The baldie is fled, long live the baldie!

The business (basically a CRM database) passed into better hands in 2012. These materials remain here for cannibalisation and amusement.

The baldie meanwhile has found pastures new: as a singing organ-grinder for your event in the UK, France, Belgium, the Netherlands or Spain! Town and country walking and study tours in Barcelona and the Western Med

Barcelona tours - Limestone hills with small towns and beautiful Benedictine priory

asdaThis walk takes you from village to village over part of the wild massif behind Sitges. We start out taking the 1924 funicular to a hilltop village with some rather nice modernista villas, a 16th century baronial fortified town house, and a a scarey castle. Then it's up through some wonderful damp natural forest, with splendid views back over the Penedès plain to Montserrat and forward to the coast. Next stop is an 11th century Benedictine priory (mass and visits on first Sunday of the month), after which we head down into small town on the other side of the hills, with a lovely little church street and opportunities to chat up the petanque players.

Roughly how much will it cost?
