Walk in natural park along the granite etc Serralada de Marina coastal range just north of Barcelona. Sporadically improved early C20th town centre. Gipsies and wild people (seasonal). Mental hospital, ruined chapels, C14th-16th monastery (1/2/3/4/5/6 visits bookable). Classic Mediterranean flora: lots of pine (umbrella,stone), chunks of Quercus ilex, standard array of flowers, cacti.
