Oreneta
Oreneta is Catalan for swallow. It’s also the umbrella name under which I provide the following grab-bag of services:
- Copywriting/journalism. Principally financial services and IT, and more recently propaganda for Chinese industrialists. Also ghostwriting – speeches, memoirs, general misinformation. References and examples available. I am no longer available for agency work.
- Literary and historical translation for fun & pocket money – Romance and Germanic languages/dialects -> English. Here’s an old ProZ profile. I’ll do anything if it’s interesting enough and covers the bills.
- Original musical scores and arrangements, inc theatrical/screen stuff. Like the translating, this is a paid-for hobby.
