STRICT GUARD OVER THEM Ship’s Officers Secretive About Prisoners’ Identity — Vessel Had Almost a Mutiny at Malaga. Locked up in irons between decks on the Spanish liner Buenos Aires, now at Pier 10 East River, are three stowaways, whom the skipper is guarding night and day to prevent their escape. They are believed to be Spanish Anarchists, escaped from Spain during the recent days of rioting.
