The strange case of Rafael Ramos

On Wednesday the local paper, La Vanguardia, published a Blair-bashing article in its online edition (subscription only). Written by its London correspondent, Rafael Ramos, its appalling English is what first grabbed my attention. A brief glance at his previous work revealed improbable geographical errors and interesting yet uncredited resemblances to the work of others.
