Spain’s finances and politics seem have settled into perpetual crisis mode, and some will be looking for safer havens. I thought this might be of interest to those of you with or anticipating children:

Using good French schools to the north to avoid Basque education is quite common. Barcelona is a slightly trickier case, since there aren’t any particularly good schools just over the border, even in Perpignan (which Carod is planning to invade anyway before the summer is out).
