Win-win proposal for Barcelona and Bolivia

It would be interesting to check out the percentage of European traces in Evo Morales’ DNA, but, while we save up for genocide reparations, could we not help him repopulate the highlands by deporting a few of the bloody Andean kitsch ensembles on the Ramblas? The centre-right UPN responded by displaying emblems of the local football team, and the centre-left PSN went one better by hanging up an Iron Maiden banner. Check mega-hero councillor José Luis Úriz’s blog entry, this is my flag, as well as some some fine fan art. (Via Greg Luri)
