Tim’s going to need to eat out slightly more frequently if he wants to build a respectable waistline… (I’d write about my favourite mangeries, but there’s little point: since girlfriends resolutely refuse to enter any of the extraordinarily cheap and incredibly cheerful places I enjoy, classy folk like you are unlikely to be even slightly interested. I know a man who could write about this end of the market with great flair, if only he were able to stay away from the trough for long enough.)
