Summer nights when the beer’s run out

Yep, lots of flags and statist rhetoric (hello, nineteenth century!), so, with the local dealers having jetted off to Athens yesterday, it’s good to have Enschede aan Zee to get us through the summer.

EaZ went through a distinctly uneazy patch a while back when it contained too much of the kind of stuff that makes the news, but it has now returned to providing exactly what was needed in the fossilised Dutch media scene: a genuinely provincial focus, with nary a waving flag in sight. For example, wonders EaZ, if you take one of the mobile AIDS tests that are being promised for clubbers and it turns out positive, is it still worth having your ecstasy tested?
