A story from a while back about Barcelona’s Baja Beach Club suggesting customers implant chips under their skin to facilitate entry and billing is now doing the rounds of the Anglosphere. There’s a good piece over at The Register, but I don’t see what the fuss is about: Baja’s average female client already has a couple of kilos of silicon under her skin, so one little chip ain’t going to make much difference.
