Trafalgar celebrations

“Gravina rose up blind with rage and cast in the face of the Frenchman his cowardly behaviour at Cape Finisterre. They exchanged somewhat strong words and, finally, the Spanish admiral exclaimed, ‘We set sail tomorrow!’” More Benito Pérez Galdós here, but what we want to know is whether Tony has invited Jacques to the celebratory dinner on the Victory. There’s going to be a big boat festival (as there always is in Portsmouth) and it will be cheap and cheerful (as it often is in Portsmouth), although the Royal Navy may not be able to put in an appearance. Barcelona, are you listening?
