		<description>I've never come across a study of the Latin fragments and I don't even think they've been transcribed. &lt;a href="http://www.xtec.es/centres/c5001394/html/c_moros.html" title="" rel="nofollow"&gt;Apparently&lt;/a&gt; one says &lt;em&gt;Secundio votum fecit&lt;/em&gt; ("Secundio made an offering").
