Nasty neighbours

Disputes that in England might be settled by single combat (thanks Transblawg) are often resolved here using anonymous notes left in the entrance hall:

We request of a resident of this building (specifically of the rear façade) that out of consideration for the [right to] rest of the remaining residents she moderate her tone of voice at night.

There’s a full-blown dissection (in Spanish) of some correspondence arising from the theft of another resident’s attempts at a garden here. I have the utmost respect for anyone whose opening gambit is: “As you will be aware, there is a monstrous despicable beast and slimy daughter of an evil mother who dedicates herself to robbing the plants…”
