The new guide to walking around Barcelona should tell you how long it takes to get from other parts of town to the Plaça d’Espanya, which is where Las Arenas is situated, but the English version throws up Javascript errors most of the time. Try its Catalan equivalent. One interesting fact I discovered when experimenting with it is that there is a business in Avinguda Vallvidrera called Cleaning Colón SL.
