De politie in Barcelona doet alleen wat tegen mensen die niet stinken, zich vreedzaam gedragen, en vooral geen problemen willen krijgen. In Catalunya heb je helaas helemaal geen vrijzinnige straatorkesten zoals in Nederland, en hier komt de stadspolitie in actie om dit een beetje Dirty Dozen-achtig groepje vreemdelingen weg te jagen.
