This walk ends up at the base of Montserrat and various others provide excellent views from afar of the mountain. However, I also provide a variety of walks that take you up (1236m altitude) and down (ca 150m) (bits of) the steep and jagged monster (all on decent paths) and introduce you to aspects of its history, geology, and flora & fauna, as well as to its bars. Use the form at the bottom to tell me how much climbing your group can take, their interests, and how much time you want to be out of town, and I’ll send you a customised proposal. If your schedule isn’t too tight, these walks are nicest on a weekday. |
